Recently been out stalking with Russel , a great permission for fallow, Russel is extremely knowledgeable and knows his land well, his venison is butchered and packaged to a high standard ( I have personally seen it) I would highly recommend Shropshire Game for the game meat and also for the stalking. Iam looking forward to returning for another stalk.
