Very poor commercial service for a viewing. Took half a day of time to have a “no show” meeting and 0 communications. No confirmation or contact either. Very unprofessional service & unacceptable. Complete waste of my time!

I have been blown away by my experience with MP & K, I have been dealing with Charlotte, and she has been nothing short of absolutely fabulous. She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!

MP&K provided a brilliant service for us from start to end. They used an excellent photography company to take photographs of our property and our agent Chloe was with us throughout the whole sale process. She kept us regularly updated and was always easy to contact. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service.
