Just attended a tea dance there, floor was good, plenty of tea and sandwiches, music good company even better.

Our scooter club, the Telford Tigers, organised a charity event to raise money for MIND, in memory of one of our founder members and good friend of us all. Ian Hobbs, who sadly took his own life in May of this year. The Clerk and her staff were fantastic throughout the whole event. They were helpful and understanding and worked very hard, even manning the bar during the evening to keep everyone watered! It was a great night and everyone enjoyed themselves. We have raised over £800 for MIND, which will be donated to their worthy cause. Thanks again to the two Clair's and to Simon. (Also the young lady who collected glasses and helped with the lighting, who's name has escaped me! Apologies.)
